TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.

1. Who we are

Elopeak is a League of Legends coaching service operating through the elopeak.lol website and its official Discord.

Any communication about these terms, complaints included, is handled at contact@elopeak.lol. If you need the service provider's full identification details, we will provide them on request at that same address.

2. What the service is

We offer one-to-one coaching sessions, live and remote, delivered by our coaches over Discord. A session covers analysis of your games, correction of your decision-making and a concrete plan so you can keep improving on your own.

Coaching is a training service. We never play for you and we never access your account.

3. Booking, price and payment

• A booking starts with the form on the site or through Discord. There is no contract until we confirm coach, date and price in writing.
• Prices shown on the site are indicative and start at €15 per session. The final price is confirmed to you before you pay anything.
• Payment is made by the method we agree with you when confirming the booking. [TO COMPLETE: accepted payment methods and when payment is taken].
• Prices include applicable taxes where relevant.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• You can cancel or move your session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, the session counts as delivered.
• If the coach is the one who cannot make it, we offer you another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• If you hit a serious technical or personal problem, write to us: we are not going to be rigid about a genuine reason.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you book as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, by emailing contact@elopeak.lol.

However, if you expressly ask for the session to take place within that period and the session is delivered, you lose the right of withdrawal for that session, as consumer law allows. If the service was only partly delivered, we refund the proportionate part you did not use.

6. What we expect from you

• That the information you give us (role, elo, OP.GG) is accurate: matching you with the right coach depends on it.
• Respectful treatment of the coaches and of the rest of the community, both in the session and on our Discord.
• No recording or redistributing session content without our written permission.
• No requests for services that breach Riot Games' terms, such as boosting, account sharing or access to your account. We will turn those down.

7. What we do not promise

Coaching improves your judgement and the way you play, but the result depends on you: on the hours you put in and on how you apply what we work on.

So we do not guarantee any rank increase, division or specific win rate. Anyone guaranteeing you a rank is selling you something else.

8. Intellectual property

The text, the design, the Elopeak brand and any material we hand you in a session are ours or licensed to us. You may use your session material for your own training; not to redistribute or resell it.

Elopeak is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect its views. League of Legends and its assets are property of Riot Games, Inc.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause you by breaching these terms. We are not liable for outages of third-party services (Riot Games, Discord, Google or our hosting provider) or for consequences of how you apply our advice in game.

Nothing written here limits the rights consumer law gives you.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
